Service Cancellation:

For service cancellations made within the specified timeframe, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds for product orders will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request, and the refund amount will exclude any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

MLS Diagnostics reserves the right to cancel any service request or product order in case of unavailability of resources, technical issues, pricing discrepancies, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and initiate a full refund, if applicable.
